So this is my second time i have decide to do hcg. i lost about 35 pounds before and of course was so excited that i never studied the maintenance phase like i should and gained it all back. I recently just hit my 4 week mark of no smoking and now i want to focus on my weight
I know starting during teh holidays can be hard but if i can prove to myself that i can make it through this time, i know i can maintenance the right way.
i am looking for a buddy to share stories with daily as well as challenges. I think this part if so important. I am married, have two kids and work full time. I need "me" time every nigh to focus on my so i can make it through my 40 day cycle.
