A few questions

_Exclusive
I thought if I worked out I would lose up to 2 pounds a day while being on 500 calorie diet. I'm only losing up to 1 a day.
My next question would be can I use a far free or sugar free coffee creamer? I need it!!

No coffee creamer :-/ I know, sad for me too.

Try using the 1 Tablespoon of milk, and some flavored stevia (sweetleaf flavors are decent, their plain is just nasty).

As far as the not losing extra, have you been drinking enough water? You should be consuming half your body weight in ounces, and if you are working out you should be drinking extra.

My Dr. told me working out would be okay as long as my heart rate was not elevated for more than about 10 minutes at a time or it could stall.
