Hi! So just a couple quick questions. It looks like a lot of people are using various broths. I didn't know we could, so can someone tell me what kind would be acceptable and how much per meal or day?
I also notice cocoa powder is being used, again, is that ok? If so, how much?

If you use broth, make sure it is home made and that you have a fat separator. On reason you don't want store bought is they have way too much sodium, which is bad in so many ways but when dieting it retains water. As for cocoa, it really is good for you but be sure it's pure cocoa with no sugar. One economical way to buy it is in bulk from your local health food store. I add 1 tablespoon to my green smoothies and it adds flavor and natural anti-oxidants. Hope this helps!
