I have been reading about using California kickers as plateau breakers. Does anyone have any experience with this? It calls for 1/2 lemon mixed with 1 tsp apple cider vinegar and 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper sweeten to taste with stevia and then drink like a shot. Then follow it with a glass of warm water. It is supposed to increase metabolism.
Does this work to break plateau? Or will it give you heartburn?
