I have been struggling with this extra 15 lbs for years! I am active, I teach dance, workout regularly, and teach Zumba. But I still never can get down to my ideal weight. So I tried this Hcg, this is my 3rd round. I struggle because I am so weak and tired for low calorie intake and it makes it hard to teach my classes. Is anyone else struggling with this type of problem? Could use advice or tips!
The HCG diet calls for such a low calorie intake that it is not recommended to exercise. You seem like you have a very active lifestyle that cannot be maintained in a low calorie diet. Talk to your doctor or HCG provider and see if it is ok for you to increase your calorie intake. If you can, you might want to slow down a little as well, you do not want to starve your body.
