I am nearing the end of phase 2 and need to start training for a triathalon I signed up for in June. I read that I am not supposed to lose or gain any more than 2 lbs. Is it ok if I lose weight from exercise in phase 3?
I have lost 21 lbs in 21 days. I feel great. My body has also gone through a detox (diarrhea, headaches and irritability) over the last couple days that has left me feeling even better!
