Exercise in Phase 3

I am nearing the end of phase 2 and need to start training for a triathalon I signed up for in June.  I read that I am not supposed to lose or gain any more than 2 lbs.  Is it ok if I lose weight from exercise in phase 3?  

I have lost 21 lbs in 21 days.  I feel great.  My body has also gone through a detox (diarrhea, headaches and irritability) over the last couple days that has left me feeling even better!

Yeah, it's fine if you lose weight from exercising in Phase 3.

Thank you!  I am getting back into the gym slowly and loving it.  Everyone says I look like a new person.

This website has given me the motivation to keep this diet up for another 10 days... thank you!
