HCG Phase's 2-3, how to use "TheApple Day"

Alot of people use "The Apple Day" as a cheating tool, when they've ate negative foods and or gained weight, this is not what the apple day is for, it was designed for those people that have been doing the HCG protocol properly and have finally hit the wall because their body has adjusted to the protocol and has decided to stop losing weight or maybe even gained 1-2 lbs because of water gain, this is the ONLY time "The Apple Day" should be used. The day following your gain or stall, you should eat your 5 apples ONLY and then go back to your normal HCG protocol meals as the weight will start to come off again. Good luck fellow HCGERS!
