Help
I am about to begin the HCG program, but I am on hormone cream as a form of HRT.
Has anyone had success with this area, give me some tips?

Hey Rodeomum,

Are you getting your HCG from a doctor or ordering it online?

The reason that I ask is... If you are getting the HCG from a doctor and he says it's okay to use the Hormone Cream while on the HCG Diet - then you shouldn't have any issues.

But if you are asking because you're ordering the HCG online and you are wondering if you will have any problems - I'm really not sure. I know that most creams and lotions are NOT allowed on the diet. However, I am not too familiar with Hormone Cream - But I will be more than happy to ask around for you. Hopefully, another one of our other Forum members have had the same experience and maybe they could help you out.

Thanks for joining our forum and I hope to see you back here often,

Brian

I'm on Round 2 and use a Progesterone cream from a compounding pharmacy that I have a prescription for.   I use the SubQ injectable HCG that I get from my doctor.  I didn't have any problems last round using the progesterone cream.  I've also used the basic Mary Kay skin care and not had a problem either.
