You can add Light soups, 1 medium orange, wheat crackers to you diet. Also Coffee (black,0 cals) (with fat-free creamer, 35 cals. trust me I'd rather have it with tons of cream and sugar but you can add LOTS of calories that way so I just got used to drinking it black OR with a very small amount fat free creamer (35 cals). NO sugar. WATER as much as possible.
