I am on PR Day 5 and have lost six pounds. The problem is that I am leaving for a pre-planned vacation on day 14. Should I continue the VLC diet (which will be impossible) or just eat as healthy as possible? I will have no problem avoiding sugar (maybe wine though:) or starches. Lots of lean meats and veggies with the occasion wine. The dietitian at my dr.'s office felt that the bulk of weight would already be off and I could follow y plan and then start the sustainability diet when I get back. Any thoughts?
