How to make phase 2 easier

Hey I was just wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks to make phase 2 easier I'm only on day 1 but I have never been good on any diets that I try but really want this to be a success!! So any help would be great also I do a lot of exercise like gym work and I also do boot camp and play netball will this matter do you think I'll have to eat more than 500 cals.

Flavored stevia. I used to drink crystal light like it was going out of style, and the flavored stevia drops are the only way I can get through the "drink half your body weight in ozs" requirement.

Also, I save one fruit for a "dessert" every day...usually an orange and I prepare it like the recipe on this site.

One tip that can help overcome your craving is to have a chewing gum i.e. sweetened with stevia. It can help whenever you feel the need to have something sweet.
