I'm eating 750 cals on HCG and still losing 5 to 7 lbs a week

Ya it's true the HCG protocol my wife and I are both on allows us to eat 750 cals a day and thus being able to do resistance or weight training plus cardio everyday and still lose an average of .5 to a 1lb a day. We're able to keep what muscle we do have, adding more muscle and fight the fat even more so then the 500 cal program and keep all of our our evergy at the same time, its incredable, has anyone came across this program?

That is awesome ... Good job Jeff - There is actually an 800 Calorie diet menu that seems to be pretty effective for people like yourself who feel that they need a little bit more than what they are getting on the 500 Calorie diet plan.
