I started the diet on Sept 15th...with 2 days of gorging and 10 drops under my tongue 3x a day. @ 6 days a week. I eat about 600 calories a day ( follwing the suggested foods) very low fat and the first week I lost 10 pounds...BUT now over a week latter I still have not lost any weight. That is...10 lbs during the first 7 days and now on the 16th day of the diet...nothing, no gain or loss...help what am I doing wrong ???
Great first week! It's no wonder that you are frustrated with with no loss the second week.
First things first-it is 500 calories, not 600-not sure if that might be causing a stall like this-but look at the obvious first.
Drink Lots of water
Try an apple day - 6 apples only, no other food, and just enough water to quench your thirst.
Look for hidden sugars-be sure that seasonings you are using do not contain sugar or corn syrup.
Although I really did not pay close attention to the makeup and lotions part of the program, your body might be more sensitive.
