What do you do? I'm in the second week of p2 and thinking with the trouble I"m having with hunger and lack of weight loss, perhaps I didn't fat load right. What should I do? Stop the diet, fat load and try again? Or push through? Anyone have the same experience? What did you do?
You don't want to do another set of gorge days in the middle of the diet - You will just have to try and fight the hunger. If you want, try using your fruit and melba toast for your snacks in between meals instead of with lunch and dinner.
Or if you want to try the miracle noodles, I have been told they are a free food, which means you can eat them without worrying about messing up the diet.
