Planned interruption is you totally stop the drops but continue the 500/800 cal 3 more days. It's like what you are going to do when your're done with the 21 or 40 day period. After 3 days, you will eat without hcg you start the planned break 4 days eating mostly P3 foods but take it easy on the butter, cheese or fatty foods. If you opt to have P4 foods, it's up to you but just be prepared on the gain after. Now after 4 days you start with your hcg right away. If you gained, do a plateau breaker. Impt. note is to not do the planned break if you are just a few days away from your final day on hcg.
