I am struggling with that too...feels like my stomach is eating itself and I am hoping the hcg kicks in and does a better job than it has. I added a diet jello or some fat free broth to help. I think you can crunch on some celery sticks to get over the hump, too.
pickles is not ok for P2 because of its sodium content. Also, I heard from a lot that diet jello causes them to stall but try it first. We all know that result varies from person to person on this diet.
