I have been on the HCGdiet for 30 days, being on holiday has made it very trying! After a very dramatic melt down yesterday (I am talking big crocodile tears and diva status tantrums), I folded and had half a ciabatta. (very embarrassing!)
However, I do have to admit, it did put me back on track and am more determine than ever to succeed!
I know Christmas and new years are coming up and I need to prepare. Can I heat some lemon juice to form a sticky sweet juice (add sweetner) and put away. Only to add little bits to sparkling mineral water through the day as a beverage on these fun filled family gatherings?
I only have 12 days left and would like to make the best of them!
