My husband and I are just beginning our diet. We have never done anything together and therefore have never been successful so we are very excited about this venture. I am a stay at home mom so I am able to rest and limit how much energy I expend during the day; my husband, however, works in the cable industry and can be doing very physical activity during the day like climbing polls, digging ditches, carrying heavy rolls of cable wire, etc. Is it safe for him to be performing his job on such a limited caloric intake? I'm concerned he is going to be weak and may injure himself at work. Any suggestions?
