I started my loading day on Saturday and today will be my first VLCD day. I have attempted this diet 2 other times in my life. The first time, made it to day 30, losing 22 pounds. And the other I barely made it to 2 weeks. LOL I only have 15 pounds to lose this time since losing 50 on my own. I have an event next month and just want to get this weight off forever, reset my metabolism, and be overall healthy.
