Mints and gum

I am on phrase 2, day 3, down 6 lbs.  I am missing my gum and mints that I always enjoyed.  They were sugar free.  Would it be OK to have them again or is there anything I can have that is similiar.

I don't think you are supposed to have them.  Even if sugar free because of the ing. in them.  I suppose you could always try one and see if it stalls your weight loss.....congrats on your weight loss :0)  I didn't try anything on P2 not on protocol because I absolutely did not want a stall.  But, I hit a stall anyway, as it seems like everyone does.  It plateaus even on 500 calories, unfortunately.   Good Luck!  Macy
