I was just wondering if miracle noodles do not have any calories, etc...what are they made of? Can they be eaten on phase 2? Will it stall me? I am day 16 of the 500 calorie phase (lost 17.4 lbs) and I have not cheated or plateaued yet, and I would rather not plateau, but very curious about the miracle noodles. I book marked the page you suggested on here. So when I go to the 1200 phase, do you put tomato sauces on them like spaghetti? Is this something I could incorporate into my meals after the stabilization phase? Sorry for all the questions, but would like to know more about these noodles. If they take the place of pasta, that would be awesome for me in the future.
