Overindulged on first day of phase 3. Did I ruin my diet?
Had a football party and pmsing so that had me overindulging at prob around 3,000 calories. Gained 4 pounds and did steak day, now down 2. But worried I jacked myself all up. I am in a weight loss competition at work and I'm winning so far but worried I can't get this back off with stopping drops and trying to maintain. Should I do a crap load of cardio? And how much calories should I eat to lose these 2p. I weigh in 4 days and will be so mad at myself if I gained and lose my #1 spot. I can't believe how easy I turned back into the old me and ate everything in site! I lost 16pounds on my first round but with holidays it's going to be hard not cheating and messing it all up. Help I'm new to phase 3, any tricks or suggestions?
