Saturday tried adding starch, minimally/carefully. Sunday weight gain of 1.8 pounds (136.9), Monday at slight weight gain (137.0).
Sunday ate Phase 3 style (no problems in Phase 3 with weight gain). Drank ample + water on Sunday, still retaining water. I am wondering if this weight gain could be related to impending menstration? Wondering because I am normally on 21/28 day cycle and it's day 33.
I'm doing a steak day (my first), but am wondering if this is fool hardy if it's normal pms.
try lessening the starch based food but not to eliminate it totally, don't do steak day (it is most recommended when you're on P3 when trying to stabilize the weight), on P4 you have already locked on the weight so don't do steak day anymore. Also, exercise and eating healthy are key ingredients to stay in shape
