I am just starting the diet on Monday! yay!! I have high hopes for this one, so I hope I loose my final 20 lbs. AND keep it off which is usually what I am not good at.
I am a really active girl and I know that I wont be able to work out as much during P2 because I simply wont have the energy to do so, but once I am done with P2 and go onto P3 will I be able to perform all my regualr workouts and intake the necessary protein supplements?! Usually I have protein shakes and bars during the day to keep all my protein intake high. Will I be able to do this on P3?
Actually, you can have your protein shakes to alter a bland protein food allowed on P2. Just make sure your protein shake does not contain anything prohibited on this diet. Also, light exercise is ok and you wont be exhausting yourself on a light exercise while eating only 500 cal a day. As hcg burn the abnormal fat away, it turns into usable calories 2000-4000 so it'd be enough to fuel you everyday. Have fun and good luck!
