Hi all. I am a 38 year old man and have been on P2 for 12 days. I have lost 8kg, which is about the weight I want to loose, although some more inches around my stomach would be good. I am keen to come off the drops and diet early. The reason is that I have lost some muscle shape and definition and, as I am heading off on a holiday in just over two weeks, I would like to get into the gym and build it back before I go but need the calories for energy to do so. Any thoughts as to how I should do this?
