I'm drinking LOTS of water...about 4 liters I know for sure. I'll have one glass of green tea... Is there a type of green tea u purchase that u can have everyday??? I only have the tea bags for one glass per serving but don't know which one premised to buy.   The more I don't see a loss the more I stress lol. Thank you for your response though! It's nice having someone I can talk to about this diet. Not a lot of people get this diet or how strict it has to be.

First, congratulations on having so much discipline.  I'm really proud of you!  It will get you far.  You're doing a wonderful job.  I too am thankful for you and everyone participating in this forum.  It helps to do this with others and I truly do not feel alone like I have in the past.  

I buy organic green tea or the kind with matcha.  It seems to be the most effective, perhaps because it has greater potency?  I throw a bag into my gallon of water and drink it throughout the day.

Entering week 2 and 3, I know that my weight loss will not be as drastic and I have to anticipate that, or else I will be disappointed and want to quit.  Therefore, I try to keep relatively active (walking or dancing) and change up my diet wherever I can and make sure I'm happy.  The happier I am, I notice, the more I lose.  I'm sure there is some science to back that up.  

What times of the day do you eat?

Thank you! =)  youve been doing  great this time as well!  I was wondering what MG you take of Garcinia Cambogia each day.?

I typically eat one apple at 1:30pm, Lunch at 2:30 pm, then dinner at 5:30pm that advice on how your moods effect your loss aound great to me! I keep reminding myself to be excited that im going to lose the weight!

I take 1000 mg per day which is 2 capsules of GC.  

I was bad today and I cheated.  I ate two more salads than I was supposed to and 3 larabars (which I love!).  I think the stress is getting to me.  I'm starting to lose motivation.

BLAH.  I'm not going to weigh myself in the morning.

Gotta remind myself of all the reasons why I'm doing this.  How are you all doing?

Thats okay! I cheated when I wasn't seeing the results as fast as I wanted. But one thing i would keep reminding myself is "its just 30 days"  but you do have to remember how exciting it is being able to lose almost 1 lb per day! I get discouraged then hear people struggling to lose 10 lbs and i think to myself "well i lost double that in just weeks..."

After i read up more about the homeopathic HCG were taking I got excited all over again. I also realized i wasn't taking the correct dosage. As i said previously i was at a plateau for about 3 days WITH exercise.  Trust me THAT was discouraging lol. But I increased the amount of dosages per day and have lost 4 lbs!  Taking more drops more frequently throughout the day has also helped me from eating.  Taking them so frequently doesn't give me time to crave or want to eat something i shouldn't.
You've lost 10 lbs so far! I believe you can reach your goal weight! Don't give up!

I just noticed you guys mentioned eating too many salads.  I thought we could eat all the green leafy salad veggies we want?  Is that true?  I eat argula like there is no tomorrow.  :)

I doubt you can eat too much salad! Maybe if you are adding dressings etc, but eating field greens etc. just doesn't have enough calories to cause a problem with this diet in my opinion.

Just wanted to give you a head's up.  P2D6  - lost 9.2 pounds so far.  Not really having a tough time yet.  Drinking at least 80-100 ounces of water a day.  I actually feel really good!  I am so excited.  I keep thinking about what you said, it is only for a short time and I can do anything for that long.   happy, happy, happy!!!!!!!!
I have also realized that because I am not a patient person, the immediate loss is a huge motivator.  I also learned quickly through a DVD that was given to me, before I eat, I have to decide if my head is hungry or my tummy.  :)  So far I have found most often is my head........................

Congrats to everyone!  You're all motivating me to continue.

I kind of dropped off this week and I'm really disappointed in myself.  I was doing well and then I started to feel like it wasn't possible for some reason.  I'm going to go for a run today and then start again tomorrow.

Good job!  I cheated yesterday... :( a moment of weakness but Im back in the game! I realized I haven't put my weight loss on here! I started May 5th  I'm 5'11 too
May 5th starting weight 283
and since then I am now 253! I still hate the numbers I'm seeing but 30 lbs. down is whats keeping me going! Hope everyone else is doing good! Don't let one moment of weakness end the whole diet! We can do it!

How are you doing?  Have you decided to continue the diet?

I'm still doing it trying to do the best I can.  I'm now at 250.0 which is exciting.... But I have a trip I'm going on June 19th-22nd which is making me nervous because there aren't any HCG friendly foods to eat while on a trip for that many days.  So i'm trying to lose a good amount before then!  Well hope everyone else is doing good!

Congratulations!  You can do it!

I had to make up for a bum week.  I'm still at 162 lbs.  I'm noticing a fear of failure creeping up because for some reason I don't feel I can break through into the 150's.  Weird.  I should probably meditate on that.

Thank you for your motivation and being such a strong model that we can do anything we put our mind to.

hello... haven't heard any updates from anyone... hope everyones sticking to it! I'm currently at 246! I'm excited!  Trying I'm at a totally of 38 lbs lost... Hoping I can keep it up! I'm getting a little weak as far as willpower goes but I think I can do it... Hope everyone else is doing good!

I'm starting up again today.  I gained a couple pounds back (I'm sure).  I forgot to weigh myself this morning, mostly because I was too scared.  Once I have a moment to just sit and consider why I'm failing, I'll be able to approach my last two weeks more thoughtfully.

This post has gone dry! I took a mini vacation from thursday-sunday so I'm not stepping on the scale anytime soon lol... Kind of disappointed but at the same time I came a long way so i'm not being too hard on myself... Is everyone still doing the diet? I feel like everyone disappeared on here lol... Hope you guys are still doing good! I started back on the diet yesterday and I'm ready to go another round! Hope everyone is good!
