Staying at 500 cals: What if I burn some w/light exercise?
I'm tracking my calories consumed each day with an online tracking website so I can stay at my 500 cals. What if I walk on the treadmill, or do some other light exercise and burn some calories? Do I eat something to replace those calories burned? If I don't replace the calories, will my body try to dip into starvation mode? And what if I go over 500 cals a bit...would it make a difference to exercise to burn the extra off, or does all of that mess up the system somehow?
