I've been bouncing back and forth with the same four lbs for nearly two weeks. I have NEVER cheated on this diet-not once (and Im an experienced HCG'er!) I've never had a stall like this before-even the apple day didn't break it, nor did the extra protein. HELP! I am considering "cheating" today in an attempt to "trick" my body. Has anyone ever tried that? In the past, when I've gone off VLCD (during holidays and such) with all intentions of eating whatever I wanted, on those first couple of days I continued to lose weight-and actually a substantial amount. Someone advise, please as I desperately need to get out of this four lb bubble I am trapped in!!!
