My doctor put me on oolong , chamomile for calming, jasmin green tea and a very expensive tea called elontin and I use a bit of stevia with it.
The elontin tea I put in with spiced tea because it tastes bad. I use the oolong in the am because it has caffeine in it. Hope that helps. I am on day 8 and really am feeling hungry this morning (10:00 am) more than I have ever felt and yesterday I put lotion on my face because I could not stand
it and I ended up gaining 2 oz. :(
