Everyone tells me that I should be taking supplements, especially calcium. P and I says no medications. I am still taking thyroid and blood pressure med. I stopped everything else: ibufrofren, vitamins. Also I have been told by other P2ers that virgin coconut oil is essential. I have lost 17Lbs in 28 days with no cheats. I had a seven day stall and remedied that by an apple day and upped my watdr to a gallon and a half, and take 2 Tbls of apple cider vinegar. I feel great!
