I work third shift and want to start the HCG diet. My schedule is all over the place. Sometimes I sleep during the day and sometimes I sleep in the evening. On my weekend, I sleep Fri night and Sat night and then back to my night shift. I don't have a set eating schedule. My questions and concerns are how will this affect me on the diet? When should I do my injections? Should they be same time daily even though my eating schedule isn't? Should I try to get a set eating schedule?
Any and all help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
