Hi i'm new to this and have read alot. while waiting for my drops to arrive i have a couple questions.
I'm a 250lb male wanting to drop 40lbs.
1. What is the proper dosage for someone my size? I was going to do 15 drops 3x a day unless someone says otherwise.
2. Protein. I have been reading not to have same protein twice a day. And not to have beef more than 3 or 4 times a week. Chicken is not a problem but I'm not a big fish eater. what substitutes could I have.
3. Are protein shakes mixed with water ok?..Doesnt look like they are but double checking.
