got off track, what to do!

30 days on diet and stopped loosing after 15 lbs, can't stay on track. What should I do now?

Are you planning to be on the diet for 40 days? If so, you still have 10 days to go so keep the faith. A few more days wont hurt. Stay Perfect on Protocol and drink Tons of water. Also, you have to consider the fact that if you only have a few pounds to lose, it will be a slow weight loss, but will lose it for sure. Also, consider the body circumference and height when trying to lose weight. All for the good, blessings!
