I just started phase 2 on Wednesday, but I an not weighing myself daily. I get to immersed in the "number" and it gets me down for the day. I guess I should face the facts though. Anybody out there on day 5???
Actually, I read in some article that it's more advisable if you weigh weekly instead of daily. I mean, it will definitely get your heart beating every morning when you don't know what the scale would say? that itself gives so much stress unless you are the most positive person I know. We all have those moments of anticipation but would only burst our bubble upon finding out that you stalled? That's no easy feeling to control aint it? So what you are doing is just fine though. Hit the scale once a week then adjust to whatever you see on the scale. Keep us posted!
