For the last week or so my wieght has been stuck between 145 and 142. i was 142.8 yesterday and today im 143.8..i tried the apple day and i lost maybe a pound more. my goal is 130 and im having a really hard time breaking past 140. I follow the diet properly and have even tried drinking more water, apple cider vinegar, more green tea, cutting out breaksticks, walking.
My question is, if I cant reach 139-140 by sunday should i do a steak day?? im sick of the up and down and just wanna reach my goal
Hi if you are using shots try changing the dosege... also remember to drink lots of water... 8 cups its not lots of water that is what you should drink normally (dont know how much you are drinking so i am just saying) also i have seen people that add a little more protein to break a plateau but i don't know by experience
