I had the same problem, so yesterday I did an apple day (I ate up to 6 large apples throughout the day with minimal water) today when I weighed myself I am down a kilo.
When u do your apple day you ONLY eat apples though. You STOP doing your normal 500 calories and eat apples insted.

A few things we have found: 1. Take more drops (assuming you are doing drops, if shots, no such luck) 2. Try an apple day. Nothing but apples and water all day! Eat as many as you like to stay full, and hopefully this will break the stall. Hope this helps!
