I'm on day 19 and have lost 17 pounds - I'm using the drops. I was pretty hungry the first few days on the 500 cal's but not so much anymore. I use the fruits and melba toast as between meal snacks and that usually does the trick (and lots of water!). I've platued a couple times but I'm still losing. I'm almost half-way to my 40 lb goal and really motiviated. I feel so much better, mentally and physically! For those of you struggling with hunger during the first week, stick with it, you will feel better. One quote that I read that helped me was to "embrace the hunger, it means you are burning fat and losing weight".
