what Im doing wrong in phase 3????? pleasee help

I'm finish phase 2 with 150 pd, after loose 24 pd!!! Nowi'm in my 5 day of phase 3! and today i was 152.5 pd, so THAT MEANS steak day right?.....yesterday i consume 1400 calories aproximitly and i went to spinning for 40 minutes, my diet yesterday was breakfast whitteeggs with chiken and spinash and tomato....lunch....spinash, yellow pepper and cheese....orange and dinner coselow and a hot dog plus 1/2 glass of red wine.....So could tyou tell me was is was wrong yesterday? pleaseeeeeeee
